They are an indirect, wholly-owned subsidiary of FOCUS Brands Systems LLC, a Delaware limited liability company. They have offered Auntie Anne’s® franchises since April 2017.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a traditional Shop (a “Full Shop”) ranges from $148,575 to $572,100. This includes $35,500 to $39,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Shop within a temporary stand
in a farmers’ market, a concession trailer, or a food truck (a “Concession Shop”) is $104,575 to $312,950. This includes $10,500 to $12,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Shop in a location that is co-branded with a Cinnabon® franchise (a “Cinnabon Co-Branded Shop”) is $352,075 to $879,400. This includes $66,000 to $69,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Shop in a location that is co-branded with a Jamba® franchise (a “Jamba Co-Branded Shop”) is $444,125 to $1,016,900. This includes $71,000 to $74,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates.
