The total investment necessary to begin operations of a single Baja Fresh® Non-Traditional Restaurant at a captive market location ranges from approximately $202,200 to $717,450. This includes $13,000 to $23,500 for each Baja Fresh® Non-Traditional Restaurant that must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate.
