The total investment necessary to begin operation of CAMBRIA hotel is between $14,788,700-$28,663,339 assuming the CAMBRIA hotel contains 124 guestrooms but excludes the cost of real estate. This includes $81,450 to $90,250 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliates as follows: an affiliation fee of $500 per room for new franchises; $750 per room for transfers and renewals ($60,000 minimum for new franchises and $65,000 for transfers and renewals); a property management system software license and systems training fee of between $11,750 and $18,750; and orientation, sales, and leadership training fees of between $9,700-$11,500 per person.
