Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Restaurant is $287,500 to $952,000. This includes $30,000 to $40,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates.
The franchisor also offers qualified parties the right to open and operate multiple Restaurants in accordance with a development schedule the parties agree to under Franchisor’s form of development agreement. The total investment necessary to begin operations under a development agreement will depend on the number of Restaurants the franchisor grants you the right to open. The total investment necessary to begin operations under a development agreement for the right to open and operate between two and ten Restaurants ranges from $307,500 to $1,132,000. This includes $50,000 to $220,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates.
