ComForCare Franchise Systems, LLC offers franchises for the operation of a ComForCare Home Care franchised business that provides: Personal Care Services: Nonmedical in nature that include companionship, personal care for activities of daily living (ADLs) and instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs) along with homemaker/chore provider services to persons of all ages allowing them to age in place and on-site community care. In addition, once you have achieved certain financial and operational levels, you may be seek authorization to provide Private Duty Nursing (PDN) services: hourly, shift-based care performed by a Home Health Aide (HHA), Licensed Practical Nurse/Licensed Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN), or Registered Nurse (RN) to patients of all ages with long term complex health conditions.

The total investment necessary to begin operation of a new single unit ComForCare Home Care franchise that provides the first and second lines of business outlined above ranges from $81,525 to $153,375. Both ranges include an initial franchise fee of $35,000 for a franchise with between 15,000 and 25,000 people over the age of 65 (a “Standard Franchise”) and an initial franchise fee of $49,500 for a franchise with between 25,000 and 35,000 people over the age of 65 (a “Deluxe Franchise”) which must be paid to ComForCare or an affiliate.
