Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a single, new construction Hooters Restaurant ranges from $2,748,300 to $4,100,00. This includes $90,000 to $98,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliate.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a single Hooters Restaurant that has been converted into a Hooters Restaurant from an existing building, ranges from $1,258,300 to $2,820,000. This includes $90,000 to $98,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate.
You may be eligible to sign a Development Agreement to develop more than one Hooters Restaurant pursuant to a Development Schedule, in which case you will prepay to the franchisor 100% of the initial franchise fee for the first Restaurant and 50% of the initial franchise fee for each additional Restaurant you must develop and open for business. These amounts are credited towards the payment of the then-current initial franchise fee for each Hooters Restaurant to be opened under the Development Agreement.
