Investment
The total investment necessary to begin the operation of an ISI® Elite Training franchise ranges from $186,300 to $396,600. This includes the initial franchise fee of $60,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. If you enter into a multi-unit development agreement with the franchisor, the total investment necessary to begin operation ranges from $226,300 for two locations to $686,600 for ten locations. This includes $110,000 to $440,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. You must agree to open at least two ISI® Elite Training franchises you are required to open under a multi-unit development agreement.
