Campero USA Corp. is a Florida corporation that was formed on July 3, 2003. Their principal place of business is 12404 Park Central Drive, Ste. 250, Dallas, Texas 75251-18703. They also conduct business from our Miami office located at 201 South Biscayne Boulevard, Suite.800, Miami, Florida 33131.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a new POLLO CAMPERO® Restaurant is $935,750 to $1,898,000 for a freestanding outlet and $788,500 to $1,543,000 for an in-line outlet (excluding real estate costs). This includes $30,000 to $60,000 that must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. If you want development rights (a minimum of 2 POLLO CAMPERO® Restaurants), under our current development incentive program you must pay the franchisor a development fee equal to $20,000 (the initial franchise fee for the first Restaurant) plus a $15,000 deposit for each subsequent Restaurant’s initial franchise fee (the fee balance is waived if you comply with the development schedule).
