The franchisee will operate an upscale and uniquely styled studio operating under the name “Pure Glow” that offers custom, organic airbrush tanning that looks natural, lasts longer than other airbrush tans, and fades beautifully and related skincare, tanning, and related retail products.

PGFC LLC is a Massachusetts limited liability company that was formed on June 15, 2023. Their principal place of business is 176 Newbury Street, #21, Boston, Massachusetts 02116. They began offering franchises in August 2023.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Pure Glow franchise is $435,200 to $711,350. This includes between $72,300 and $87,600 that must be paid to the franchisor and/or its affiliates.
You may but are not obligated to sign a development agreement with the franchisor at the same time that you sign the franchise agreement. You will pay the Initial Franchise Fee for each location included in your development agreement at the time that you sign the development agreement. You are not obligated to execute a development agreement at the same time you execute a Franchise Agreement. There is no minimum number of units that you are obligated to open pursuant to a development agreement.
The total investment necessary to begin operation under a development agreement of a Pure Glow franchise is $42,500-$175,000. This includes $42,500-$175,000 that must be paid to franchisor or its affiliates.
The estimated initial investment in connection with execution of a development agreement does not include the estimated total investment necessary to begin operation of a Pure Glow Studio, which will be opened pursuant to a separate franchise agreement.
