The total investment necessary to begin operation of a new In-Line or End-Cap is from $610,750 to $1,440,200 including $25,000 that must be paid to the franchisor and, for the first unit only, $27,250 that must be paid to an affiliate. The total investment necessary to begin operation of an existing Unit ranges from $175,000 to $1,800,000 or more, excluding real property, all of which must be paid to the franchisor or an affiliate.
