Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a The Original Hot Dog Factory franchised restaurant “food court” model is $121,500 to $308,000, “fast casual” model is $131,500 to $518,000, and “full-service” model is $177,000 to $565,550, of which $30,000 must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a The Original Hot Dog Factory food truck (in addition to the restaurant) is $38,200 to $124,500, of which $5,000 must be paid to the franchisor or affiliate. The total investment necessary to begin operation under a Multi-Unit Development Agreement (not including the first restaurant) is $31,000 to $65,000, of which $30,000 to $60,000 must be paid to the franchisor or their affiliates. There is no minimum number of The Original Hot Dog Factory units that you are required to develop under the Multi-Unit Development Agreement.
