Investment
The Initial Franchise Fee for one location is $25,000, and the Initial Franchise Fee for a Franchisee “area” of up to four locations is $50,000. The total investment necessary to begin operation of a Sensory Club franchise is from $185,000 to $300,000. This includes $25,000 that must be paid to
the Franchisor or an affiliate for one location and $50,000 for up to four locations.
