As a Your CBD Stores Franchising, LLC franchisee you will operate a retail CBD store under the trademark YOUR CBD STORE™ featuring herbal and nutritional supplements containing lawful CBD “cannabidiol” from industrial hemp to the public.

Your CBD Stores Franchising, LLC is a Florida limited liability company organized on October 14, 2019. Their corporate address is 600 8th Ave. W., Suite 400, Palmetto, FL 34221. They do business under the names “SUNFLORA” and “YOUR CBD STORE™.” They began offering franchises for YOUR CBD STORE™ in February, 2020.
Investment
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a YOUR CBD STORE® franchised business is $66,350 to $82,450. This includes $25,400 to $30,500 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. Included in the amount that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate is a minimum opening inventory cost of $20,400. If you remain a franchisee and are in compliance with the franchise agreement after one year of operations, you will receive a credit of $5,000 toward the purchase of products from the franchisor or its affiliate.
Franchisor also offers a Multi-Unit Development Agreement, in which you may purchase the right to develop multiple Stores in a specified area. Multi-Unit Development Fees will equal the number of stores, with a minimum of 2 stores and no maximum. As an example, the total investment necessary to develop three YOUR CBD STORE® franchised businesses is $195,050 to $241,850.This includes $76,200 to $91,500 that must be paid to the Franchisor or its affiliate; any Multi-Unit Development Fees will be credited to each Franchise Fee as each Franchise Agreement is signed.
The total investment necessary to begin operation of a conversion YOUR CBD STORE® is $9,850 to $31,850. This includes $0.00 that must be paid to the franchisor or its affiliate. If this is a Conversion Franchise, there will be no fee for entering into a franchise agreement relating to the Conversion of an existing business. Any additional (non-conversion) purchase will be subject to our standard initial franchise fee of $5,000 per store.
